Bronzer is a Good Time Saver
We all live busy lives and need to find shortcuts wherever we can. Using a mineral bronzing powder is one such shortcut. Use it—either alone or mixed with moisturizer--instead of foundation makeup to give your skin a sun-kissed glow year round. It’s the FAST and natural way to look beautiful, because mineral bronzers are made from all natural ingredients and no preservatives. AND it’s much better for your skin than a tanning bed.
Bronzer has other uses as well. It makes a quick makeup. Mix a small amount of bronzer in my Aloe Vera moisturizer, to make your own foundation makeup. Scoop out a bit of moisturizer and combine with a tiny amount of bronzer in a clean container. Always start light and darken if needed. Apply all over your face. Moisturizer and makeup in one saves time and provides SPF protection.
How to Apply: If you want to wear foundation under bronzer, keep it very light and just try to cover facial flaws. Your skin can look orange if you have on too much foundation. The beauty of bronzer, however, is that you can get away without foundation because it provides both coverage and color. Powder bronzer is also suitable for both dry and oily skin.
To apply bronzer correctly you should use a wide brush to create a soft dusting. Dip the brush into the powder and tap off any loose powder. Then lightly and evenly, brush the foundation on your face in a circular motion. Make sure to get all areas—forehead, cheeks, under eyes, and jaw bone. Also apply bronzer to each side of the nose and under the lower lip. Instant tan. The bronzer should be applied evenly because otherwise your skin can appear dirty. Don’t put it on too heavily. Start light. You can always add.
To add definition to your face you can also use bronzer in place of blush, sweeping it over cheekbones.
