Much has been going on in my life lately that I wanted to share with my customers/friends. With the death of my brother and mother, I've had to reevaluate what's important in life, and I've come to the conclusion that "living fully" is something I must do now--not at 65 when society tells us we should "retire." What does retirement mean anyway? I don't intend to retire from life, but rediscover it.
So, my husband and I are buying a 5th wheel recreational vehicle and going out on the road next May for a year or two to see America and do some volunteer work. Since I need an entire basement to run Timeout4me, I have to close the shop. My website will go offline in January. I will continue to sell my inventory on my ETSY site until it is gone, as long as it has a shelf life, and I will keep my ETSY shop open throughout our journeys and sell my handmade, embroidered purses. But my makeup and soap won't be available once my inventory is depleted.
The good news is that when we finally land back in a stick built home, I will reopen Timeout4me.
I hope you will support my shop until it closes, stocking up for my absence.
I also wanted to let you know that we are leaving for a European vacation in 7 days, and will be gone for 3 weeks. If you need any Timeout4me products now, please order by Wednesday so I can ship it to you before we leave.
Life is about living. I hope you will follow our travel adventures on the new website and YouTube channel I am setting up. More about that later as I get content loaded. I hope to inspire others to live fully, help others, and appreciate what God has blessed them with. We feel very fortunate to be able to follow our dream.
Finally, I want to tell all of you that your friendship has meant a great deal to me over the years. Truly. I've become close to many of you and will miss you, but I hope we can reconnect when we get off the road. I will then be able to put my full attention on my company and your needs.
Please write me at info@timeout4me and wish me luck, or ask any questions you might have.
